Guestory provides tools for creating personalised event pages and guest experiences, including QR codes, custom messages, and photo galleries. The Service is currently offered in a beta capacity and may be subject to change, interruption, or discontinuation without prior notice.

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUESTORY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
